Stain Removal

The water loss started with water coming in from under the walls at a home in Charles City, IA. From the before picture you can see the home owners tried drying out there carpet with several fans running non-stop. As the carpet continued to dry it was leaving behind stains in several areas. At this point is when the decision was made to call SERVPRO of Mason City.  When we arrived the stains were even worst then the picture can show, however we use a product called Nitro CT to remove the stains in the family room. The after picture shows the new life of the carpet. Family was sincerely thankful we were able to remove all stains.
