Restored Memories

A fire in Mason City, IA we are currently working on is total loss. Home owner was positive most all pictures, cards, writings, and all of his music were lost for good based on the condition he seen them in. He said go ahead and throw it all away I'm completely heart broken we have lost all those memories. SERVPRO of Mason City packed all these types of content in one box and brought them back to the office to see if we could save some of them. After cleaning the photos, trimming some edges, cropping photos, and purchasing new albums SERVPRO of Mason City was able to return over 500 photos to the family. The family replied no words can thank you enough for what you have done for my family. I was certain all these memories were lost in the fire. Thank you thank you thank you I can't believe SERVPRO was able to do this, I beyond grateful.
